Cross cutting test:

Cross cutting test:

During this test, the adhesiveness is determined by placing six parallel cuts in the varnished surface with a knife in a distance of 1 to 3 mm (depending on the film thickness of the coating) up to the underground (without infringing the same) and repeating this process displaced in a right angle so that the cuts cross. A masking tape is then place on the scratched surface. After a waiting time of approx. one second, the masking tape is being removed in an angle of 60 and the remaining surface is being evaluated.
